The Albany Agricultural Show team operate their event with the benefits of SuperShow, including the management of the Trade section, Competitions, Judges and Sponsoring, as well as having a full eCommerce website to showcase and promote their event.
Trade applications are managed through an online application process, updating the Show's Trade Administrator of all new applications, and enabling them to review, approve or reject applications, and communicate these updates automatically with the traders.
Competitions across 9 broad categories are managed through one streamlined process of accepting entries online, running reports on latest entry statistics, and a dynamic dashboard where all entries can be viewed. The Show can generate Exhibitor Cards, Exhibitor letters with automated content displaying all entries made and details of their entries, Prize Cards, Steward's Sheets and Judges' Sheets. On Show day, the Results Stewards will be able to enter the results directly into SuperShow via a frontend view, and the Show Admin can publish them live as they are entered if preferred.
With a change in office staff, SuperShow offers a solid succession of data on one platform, with the data ready for the following event from one central location, and a Help Site to support new staff to use the SuperShow platform.
