The Hamilton Pastoral & Agricultural Society is dedicated to facilitating and supporting agricultural events that drive innovation and excellence in the industry. Home of the Hamilton Exhibition and Conference Centre, Hamilton Showgrounds and Sheepvention Rural Expo, the society requires a platform that can successfully support a cross-section of management areas.
SuperShow provides the Hamilton Sheepvention Rural Expo with the necessary abilities to accept online entries and trade applications without requiring excessive time from the Competition and Trade Managers. Once applications and entries are submitted, the Show Admin can view, update, and adjust applications or entries, if neccessary.
Trade applications are allocated with site numbers, and can be easily published in an integrated Trade Stand Directory. Updates made to allocations, or the status of an application will be automatically emailed to the applicant, ensuring that the Show Admin's administration time is used most efficiently.
The entire platform sits on the Hamilton Society dedicated website, where all the stakeholders can feed into the overall promotion of the event. The website is branded with the society's brand guidelines, ensuring a professional presentation and standards maintained.
Members are renewing their annual memberships via the Dotser SuperShow platform, which ensures that exhibitors are availing of the entry discounts available to members. The Membership module gives show managers an up-to-date live register of all members, with automated expiry reminder emails sent to members, reducing the amount of time required by the Membership Secretary or Admins to communicate with patrons.
