SuperShow is delighted and proud to have been a key sponsor of, and attended the Agricultural Shows Australia National Conference 2023.

This year's Agricultural Shows Australia National Conference brought together the Australian and New Zealand shows movement to explore the theme “Showing into the Future”, incorporating homegrown and national innovation, and international perspectives to create a unique opportunity for knowledge and connections.

This was a pinnacle event for the 580 agricultural shows community and connected industries.

SuperShow was delighted to be at this wonderfully insightful and thought-provoking conference to demonstrate the SuperShow show management system and attend such a fantastic conference programme.

Highlights for us included the session on ‘Planning for the Future’ and the words of wisdom from Keynote Speaker Marla Calico, President & CEO of the International Association of Fairs and Expos (IAFE) around how we have to lean into change – we cannot run from it. “We must embrace and use the power of our unchanging values in this unpredictable world”. Another highlight for us was the ISSUES MANAGEMENT PLANNING session in particular the insights and tips shared from Lynelle Smith CFE Head of Entertainment, Sydney Royal Easter Show.

The Agricultural Shows Australia National Conference 2023 was hosted by the Agricultural Shows of Australia (ASA) together with South Australian Next Generation Group (SA Next Gen), with support from the Agricultural Societies Council of South Australia (SA Country Shows) and the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of South Australia (RA&HS).
